Shuttles and Buses from and to Miami Airport
Numerous airport buses operate from Miami International Airport, connecting MIA with almost every part of the city. In total, 9 Metrobus lines serve airport passengers traveling on a budget. In addition, Greyhound buses depart from the airport area, offering long-distance routes to destinations such as Key West and Marathon.
Miami Airport does not have an on-site bus station. Instead, all bus services operate from the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC), located 1 mile (1.6 km) from the airport. Reaching MIC is quick and easy thanks to the free MIA Mover, which runs every few minutes and takes just 4 minutes to reach the transit hub.
Metrobus vehicles are modern, accessible, and equipped with comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi, making them an excellent option for cost-conscious travelers.
Our Tip: Miami’s free trolley network also serves the Miami Intermodal Center. The Flagami Route operates Monday to Saturday from 06:30 am to 11:00 pm (no Sunday service).
