Is There an Airport Hotel in Miami?

Miami International Airport features an on-site hotel, the Miami International Airport Hotel, also known as the MIA Hotel. It is the only accommodation located directly inside the Miami Airport complex and can be found on the second level of Concourse E, in the Central Terminal. Thanks to its strategic location near ticket counters, shops, and duty-free areas, it is an ideal option for long layovers or overnight stays.

Tip: Although the terminals at Miami Airport are walkable, most of them are connected only landside. The airport hotel is also located before security control, meaning that passengers who have landed at MIA will need to pass through security again before their next flight.

Miami Airport Hotel Rooms

The Miami International Airport Hotel offers a wide range of room types, including standard rooms, deluxe rooms, and luxury suites. In total, the hotel features 259 rooms, all fully equipped and decorated in a contemporary style. All rooms are spacious, tastefully designed with colorful accents, and fully soundproofed to block airport noise.

Blackout curtains and Sealy Posturepedic mattresses ensure a comfortable and restful sleep. Accessible rooms are also available and are carefully designed to accommodate guests with disabilities.

Miami Airport Hotel Amenities

The hotel provides all expected amenities for a comfortable stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and guests have access to a fully equipped business center with meeting rooms and event spaces.

The on-site dining options include Air Margaritaville, a bar-restaurant serving Caribbean and Mexican-inspired dishes along with signature margaritas and cocktails. Viena, the hotel’s farm-to-table restaurant, offers freshly prepared meals and a cozy atmosphere with panoramic views of the airport and Miami skyline.

Since the hotel is located landside, all restaurants and bars are accessible to both hotel guests and airport visitors. Parking services are also available, with reserved spaces in the Dolphin Garage offered at an additional cost.
